CANCELLATIONS
A 30 day cancellation is required for sessions booked one or more months in advance.
Sessions booked in less than 30 days, a 3 day cancellation is required for your deposit to be used towards a future service, unless there is an emergent situation. All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable.
Same day cancellations or no shows will not be allowed to rebook for future sessions.

LATE POLICY
There is a 15 minute grace period for all services. If you exceed that time, you may be asked to reschedule. We value our client's time and ours and there are allotted times for each shoot. Time will be deducted from your session. i.e. if you have a 60 minute shoot scheduled and are 15 minutes late- you will now have a 45 minute shoot or additional charges if your shoot runs over.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client is responsible required for studio booking fees or any facility/venue that requires admission fees, and/or permits
FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Maryland and yes I love to travel! If you want a photography session outside of Central Maryland/Washington DC area, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. For travel outside of the immediate area, United States to include U/S. territories, please call to discuss.
Where do you photograph headshots?
Depending on your needs, headshots can be done on location (home, office), studio or customer preferred location.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 7 days (2 weeks or less for events). You can download photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
How many pictures will we receive?
Headshots:
30 minute session (5 images)
50 minute session (10 images)
Portraits:
60 minute session: 25-30 images
* You can obtain more for an additional fee.
Events: you will receive all images taken within the agreed timeframe.
